  • Are your products only for curly hair types/textures?
Not at all. Our TEXTR Hydration line specifically targets moisture levels in all hair types, inclusive of textured, color-treated and relaxed hair.

 

PAYMENT

  • What are the forms of payment you accept?

We accept online bank transfers mostly and cash-on-delivery payments(where applicable). Upon checkout, our bank details are provided. 

NOTE: Payments via online bank transfer must be made 10-24hours of placing your order. Upon completion, you must email an image of the payment receipt to our Payment Resolution team at pyuaorganics@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at our business number +1-868-464-7982

  • Can you provide me a discount code for my order?

Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions.

DELIVERY

  • After I place my order, when will I receive my items?

All orders have a 1-2 business day packaging time upon receipt of order. Once the order has moved from our fulfillment center, it is then made available for pick-up or delivered straight to your home via TTPOST, according to your shipping method selection. All TTPOST orders require payment via bank transfer.
